Start your day off right with this healthy & energizing blueberry kale & pineapple smoothie.
- 1/4 Cup mint leaves
- 1 1/4 Cups frozen pineapple
- 1 1/2 Cups orange juice
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1 Cup curly kale
- 1 Tsp. minced ginger
- 1/4 Cup frozen raw cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp. flax oil
- 1 Tsp. chia seeds
BLEND mint, orange juice, blueberries, kale, and any boosters in a blender until mixture swirls easily.
ADD frozen pineapple and blend again until smooth and creamy.
TIPS AND TRICKS: You can store your smoothie in a glass jar the fridge for up to a few hours. If the smoothie thickens, just shake it to bring back to a smooth texture.
