• 1 medium beet
  • 1/4 of lemon, peeled
  • 1/2 piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 Cups kale, chopped
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
  1. CUT leafy tops off 1 medium beet and SCRUB clean and do not remove peel.
  2. CUT beet in quarters and PLACE into juicer hopper.
  3. ADD 1/4 of 1 peeled lemon.
  4. ADD 1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger.
  5. ADD 2 cups chopped kale.
  6. ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries.
  7. JUICE ingredients into a tall drinking glass.
  8. SERVE immediately.

    PRO TIP
    Ingredients can be juiced separately if necessary. Just stir the final blueberry beet juice before drinking.
