Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
1 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons tequila
2 tablespoons orange liqueur, such as triple sec
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt (optional)

HULL 1 package (16 ounces) strawberries.

SLICE strawberries into quarters and SET ASIDE.

POUR 1 cup water into a medium saucepan.

ADD 1/4 cup sugar.

ADD sliced strawberries.

BRING to a boil over high heat.

REDUCE heat to low and ALLOW to simmer about 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved.

ALLOW strawberry syrup to cool completely.

PLACE strawberry syrup into a blender and MIX on high until pureed.

STRAIN strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large spouted pitcher and DISCARD solids.

ADD 1/4 cup fresh lime juice.

ADD 3 tablespoons tequila.

ADD 2 tablespoons orange liqueur.

STIR to combine.

TASTE strawberry mixture and adjust ingredients as desired.

DIVIDE strawberry mixture between the wells of a popsicle mold.

CHILL in freezer about 2 hours.

SPRINKLE 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt over popsicle wells (optional).

INSERT 1 popsicle stick into each well.
