• 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup fresh lime juice
  • 3 Tablespoons tequila
  • 2 Tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1/4 Tsp. coarse salt
  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar is dissolved. Cool completely.

  3. Puree strawberries in blender. Strain through fine mesh sieve (you should have 1 1/2 cups puree). Combine strawberry puree with sugar syrup, lime juice, tequila and orange liqueur. Pour into popsicle molds. Let freeze 2 hours. Sprinkle base of popsicles with salt. Insert popsicle sticks if frozen enough. Let freeze at least 12 hours longer or overnight until solid.
