These dark chocolate-covered blueberries fit the bill, and they are a guilt-free alternative to candy! They are perfect for beating that 3 p.m. snack attack!
Melt the chocolate on low power in the microwave, checking it after 30 seconds. It should be melted, but if it isn't, just stir, then microwave another 20 to 30 seconds or until fully melted. While the chocolate is melting, put 4 blueberries onto each of 6 skewers. Stir the protein powder into the chocolate while it's still warm. Next, dip and roll the blueberry skewers into the chocolate.
