Ingredients
- 10 rosemary needles
- 5 Driscoll's Blackberries, divided
- 2 ounces tequila
- 1/2 ounce natural sour mix
- Ice
- 2 ounces brut Champagne or sparkling wine
Directions
- PLACE 10 rosemary needles into a cocktail shaker.
- ADD 4 blackberries.
- ADD 2 ounces tequila.
- PRESS and MASH mixture with a cocktail muddler or the back of a large spoon to release blackberry juice.
- ADD 1/2 ounce natural sour mix.
- FILL shaker with ice and COVER tightly with lid.
- SHAKE until sides of cocktail shaker are well frosted.
- STRAIN cocktail into a small Champagne flute.
- ADD 2 ounces brut Champagne or sparkling wine.
- GARNISH with 1 fresh blackberry.
- SERVE immediately.
