There’s no better way to toast to the holidays (or any day ending in -y) than with an easy-and-elegant mimosa cocktail. And in this version of the boozy brunch classic, we’ve added a simple raspberry syrup that not only turns your cocktail the color of a Christmas-in-California sunset, it delivers the bright, fresh flavor of Driscoll’s raspberries. Want to make a non-alcoholic version for the kiddos? Just substitute the champagne for sparkling grape juice. Cheers to that.
