• 1/2 of a 16-ounce package Driscoll’s Strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 2 Cups whole milk (or milk of choice)
  • Ice
  1. PLACE strawberries into a small saucepan.
  2. ADD 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water.
  3. BRING to a boil.
  4. SIMMER, and STIR occasionally, for 5-7 minutes until liquid is reduced and strawberries are broken down.
  5. PRESS strawberries through a fine mesh strainer to COLLECT strawberry syrup.
  6. DISCARD strawberry solids or SAVE for future uses such as in yogurt.
  7. ALLOW syrup to cool slightly then STIR into 2 cups milk.
  8. DIVIDE strawberry milk between two tumblers.
  9. ADD ice as desired.
  10. GARNISH with additional strawberries as desired.
  11. SERVE immediately or store in your refrigerator to enjoy later.
