  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 Package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries trimmed
  • 8 Ounces (about 1 cup) tequila
  • 3 Ounces (about 6 tablespoons) triple sec
  • 3 Ounces (about 6 tablespoons) fresh lime juice
  • 2 - 3 fresh jalapeno slices optional
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp. agave nectar optional
  • Ice
  • 4 lime wheels
  1. POUR 2 – 3 tablespoons kosher salt (if using) onto a small plate.
  2. RUB 1 lime wedge around the rim of each of 4 tumblers.
  3. DIP rims of tumblers into salt until salt adheres to rims.
  4. SET ASIDE tumblers.
  5. SET ASIDE 4 strawberries from for garnish.
  6. PLACE remaining strawberries into a blender.
  7. ADD 8 ounces (about 1 cup) tequila.
  8. ADD 3 ounces (about 6 tablespoons) triple sec.
  9. ADD 3 ounces (about 6 tablespoons) fresh lime juice.
  10. ADD 2 – 3 jalapeno slices (if using).
  11. BLEND until mixture is smooth, about 1 minute.
  12. TASTE mixture and ADD up to 4 tablespoons agave nectar as desired.
  13. POUR mixture through a fine mesh sieve and DISCARD seeds.
  14. FILL each tumbler halfway with ice.
  15. DIVIDE strawberry margarita mixture evenly between tumblers.
  16. GARNISH each cocktail with 1 strawberry.
  17. GARNISH each cocktail with 1 lime wheel.
  18. SERVE immediately.
