- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
- 4 Ounces mixed field greens
- 4 Ounces Driscoll's Raspberries
- 4 Ounces yellow grape tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Ounces crumbled goat cheese (or flavored goat cheese)
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds (or walnuts, pecans or other nuts of choice)
Directions
- Lighten up this recipe by using reduced calorie dressing.
- Combine raspberries, greens, tomatoes, goat cheese, sunflower seeds and vinaigrette and toss until blended.
