Ingredients
Ice
5-6 Driscoll’s raspberries, plus extra for garnish
2 oz vodka
Juice of 1/2 medium lime
1-3 tablespoons ginger beer
1 lime wheel

FILL a cocktail tumbler with ice and SET ASIDE.

PLACE 5 – 6 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.

MUDDLE with a muddler or large spoon.

ADD 2 ounces vodka.

ADD the juice of 1/2 medium lime.

FILL cocktail shaker with ice and COVER tightly with lid.

SHAKE cocktail shaker until sides are well frosted.
