Fresh berries, nutritious chia seeds, and creamy yogurt come together in just a few minutes with this delicious chia seed parfait recipe. It’s a healthy and beautiful way to start your day or end your evening!
- 1 Cup milk of choice
- 1/4 Cup chia seeds
- 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) Oikos Blended Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll’s Raspberries, divided
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
- Fresh mint or edible flowers, optional
- Granola, optional

POUR 1 cup milk into a blender.

ADD 1/4 cup chia seeds.

ADD 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) vanilla Greek yogurt.

BLEND until smooth.

RESERVE and SET ASIDE 1 cup milk mixture.

ADD 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) raspberries to blender.

BLEND until smooth.

RESERVE and SET ASIDE 1 cup raspberry mixture.

ADD 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) blackberries to blender.

BLEND until smooth.

DIVIDE blackberry mixture evenly between 2 tall glasses or 2 medium jars.

DIVIDE raspberry mixture evenly between containers.

DIVIDE milk mixture evenly between containers.

GARNISH chia parfait as desired with remaining raspberries and blackberries, mint or edible flowers, granola, or additional chia seeds.

SERVE immediately.
