• 1/2 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries, about 40 berries
  • 2 Driscoll's Strawberries
  • 2 Driscoll's Raspberries
  • 1 regular size pancake
  • 1 turkey sausage
  • 2 toothpicks
  1. Hull strawberries and set aside. Skewer 1 blueberry onto each toothpick. Next, cut pancake in half and set aside.
  2. Place both halves of pancake on a serving plate with the round side facing each other. Then, place the turkey sausage in the middle of the pancakes. Next, insert the blueberry toothpicks into the top of the turkey sausages for antennas.
  3. Assemble the Berry Butterfly’s body:
  4. For each pancake half, place 1 strawberry on the upper part of the pancake. Circle each strawberry with about 9 blueberries. Place the raspberries on the lower part of the pancake. Circle each raspberry with about 7 blueberries. Ending, by placing about 3-11 blueberries swirled at the bottom of the plate.
