• 5 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1 demi baguette, sliced (about 16‐18 slices)
  • 1-2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 9 Ounces brie, cut into 1⁄4-inch slices
  • 1/2 of a 16- Oz. package Driscoll’s Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • Sea salt flakes
  • Additional basil leaves, sliced for garnish
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. POUR 5 tablespoons honey into a small bowl.
  3. STIR IN 2 tablespoons chopped basil.
  4. SET ASIDE basil-honey as you continue recipe to allow flavors to infuse.
  5. ARRANGE baguette slices on a large baking sheet.
  6. BRUSH olive oil lightly over both sides of each slice.
  7. BAKE 4-5 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. TURN baguette slices and BAKE for additional 4-5 minutes.
  9. REMOVE from oven.
  10. PLACE one slice of brie onto each baguette slice while still warm.
  11. DRIZZLE basil-honey over each baguette slice.
  12. LAYER sliced strawberries onto each baguette slice.
  13. SPRINKLE lightly with sea salt flakes and GARNISH with sliced basil leaves.
  14. SERVE immediately.
