• 1/2 Cup Driscoll's Blackberries, frozen*
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 Cup raw cashews, soaked over night
  • 1/4 Cup non-dairy milk of choice
  • 2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • Coconut yogurt, optional
  • More Driscoll’s Blackberries, optional
  • Cashews, chopped, optional
  • Coconut flakes, optional
  1. FREEZE 1/2 cup blackberries in freezer overnight*.
  2. PEEL and FREEZE 1 banana in freezer overnight.
  3. PLACE 1/2 cup raw cashews into a tall drinking glass or jar.
  4. FILL glass completely full of filtered water.
  5. ALLOW cashews to soak overnight until softened.
  6. DRAIN any remaining water from cashews.
  7. POUR 1/4 cup milk into jar of a high-speed blender.
  8. ADD softened cashews.
  9. BLEND on high speed until cashews are completely blended and creamy.
  10. SCRAPE DOWN sides of jar to push any small pieces of cashew down into mixture.
  11. BLEND again on high speed.
  12. ADD frozen banana and ADD frozen blackberries.
  13. BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  14. ADD 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1/2 vanilla bean (or 1 teaspoon extract), and 2 dates.
  15. BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  16. POUR mixture into a cereal bowl or soup bowl.
  17. GARNISH smoothie bowl as desired with yogurt, blackberries, cashews, and coconut flakes.
  18. SERVE Blackberry Cashew Smoothie Bowl immediately.
