Raspberry Peach and Flax Yogurt Smoothie

A classic refreshing smoothie with an easy twist to make it as healthy as it is delicious. The simple addition of flaxseed oil boosts the nutritional profile while taking nothing away from the flavor. Use frozen or fresh peaches. If using fresh, just toss in a few ice cubes to give it that classic smoothie chill.

Ingredients

2 cups (about 11 ounces) peaches, sliced

1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries

1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

2/3 cup almond milk

1 ½ teaspoons flaxseed oil


Directions

PLACE 2 cups (about 11 ounces) sliced peaches into a blender.

ADD 1 package (6 ounces) raspberries.

ADD 1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt.

ADD 2/3 cup almond milk.

ADD 2 tablespoons flaxseed oil.

BLEND on high until mixture swirls easily inside blender.

DIVIDE mixture between 2 large tumblers.

SERVE immediately.
