A super juicy mix of your favorite Driscoll’s berries with hints of lemon, vanilla, and coconut. Enjoy with breakfast, dessert, or straight from the bowl. And don't forget to soak up all the glorious syrup at the bottom!
- 2 Cups mixed Driscoll’s Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and quartered Strawberries (any combination will work!)
- 1/4 Cup vanilla coconut sugar
- 1 Tsp. lemon zest
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
PLACE 2 cups mixed berries into a medium bowl.
ADD 1/4 cup vanilla coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
TOSS gently until berries are evenly coated.
ALLOW TO REST at room temperature 1 – 2 hours and STIR gently every 30 minutes.
SERVE immediately over yogurt or CHILL in refrigerator until needed.
