• 2 Cups mixed Driscoll’s Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and quartered Strawberries (any combination will work!)
  • 1/4 Cup vanilla coconut sugar
  • 1 Tsp. lemon zest
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  1. PLACE 2 cups mixed berries into a medium bowl.
  2. ADD 1/4 cup vanilla coconut sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  3. TOSS gently until berries are evenly coated.
  4. ALLOW TO REST at room temperature 1 – 2 hours and STIR gently every 30 minutes.
  5. SERVE immediately over yogurt or CHILL in refrigerator until needed.
