• 1 Slice crusty bread or 2 slices baguette
  • 1–2 Tbsp. whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • ¼ Cup (1¼ ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, Driscoll’s Blueberries, Driscoll’s Raspberries, or Driscoll’s Strawberries
  • 1-2 Tsp. honey
  • 1 Slice crusty bread or 2 slices baguette
  1. TOAST 1 slice crusty bread or 2 slices baguette until golden brown, about 3 – 5 minutes.
  2. ALLOW toast to cool slightly.
  3. SPREAD 1 –2 tablespoons whole-milk ricotta evenly over toast.
  4. TOP with 1/4 cup blueberries, raspberries, sliced blackberries, or sliced strawberries.
  5. DRIZZLE with 1 – 2 teaspoons honey.
  6. SERVE immediately.
