Community Grants

Our Regional Community Grants Program supports solutions that build vibrant communities with a new level of understanding, partnerships, economic growth, and innovation between agriculture and the very communities that make the work possible – from farm workers out in the field to our farmers and coworkers.

We look for proposals that:

  • Build a more inclusive, connected and economically vibrant community for all families – including farmworkers and other seasonal agricultural workers.
  • Increase access to, interest in, knowledge and awareness of careers in agriculture (i.e. from field to office).
  • Promote awareness, visibility, appreciation, and services for those working in agriculture, especially farmworkers.
  • Exemplify the values that guide our business: Passion, Humility, and Trustworthiness.
  • Provide and create opportunities for employee engagement.

Our Community Grants have two primary categories: regional grants made to nonprofit organizations located in regional areas of interest via our online application process and grants made to nonprofit groups that we’ve invited to submit proposals.

For agencies not supporting farmworkers, please note that we have berry donations and an employee matching program to support your valuable work.

All grant requests must be made using our online portal.

For more information, please email us at community@driscolls.com.

Grant decisions are not influenced by opportunities for company recognition or public exposure.
