JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Raspberry Forecast Manager is responsible for leading Driscoll's supply forecasting efforts for Raspberries. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring accurate supply forecasts and driving alignment across key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting data analysis, developing and refining forecasting processes and deliverables, gathering field data, facilitating infield training, and supporting the execution of operational plans. As the primary point of contact for commercial supply information, this role supports Sales, Inventory Planning, and Plan Execution while delivering valuable insights into volume expectations. This is a high-visibility role with significant organizational impact. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and technically adept, leveraging data to drive insights and results. They should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and excel in proactively managing information and addressing risks that may affect Raspberry supply volumes.

Responsibilities

• Owns forecasting tools and processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for Raspberry forecasting and leads daily, weekly, and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Manages the annual supply plan, budget alignment, and Production Master Schedule, including deviation tracking.
• Acts as the national point of contact for district forecasting and production teams.
• Drives alignment across functions through regular communication, issue resolution, and training.
• Leads forecasting discussions within Berry Execution Teams and facilitates knowledge sharing.
• Enhances forecasting tools, processes, and GIS-based visibility.
• Supports genetic launches and plant order planning across the Americas.
• Brings forward best practices and emerging trends in forecasting.
• Guides cross-district adoption of improved forecasting approaches and supports strategic planning efforts.

Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• This role is onsite 4 days a week in Watsonville, CA. Onsite required.

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience required.

• 3+ years of leading analytical production planning or forecasting experience required.

• Agriculture, Production, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or Consumer Packaged goods experience required

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required

• Valid passport required.

• Able to travel internationally up to 30 % of the time.

• California driver’s license and eligibility to operate company vehicles insurance required.

Compensation & Benefits:

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted.  The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 

 

Salary range estimated for this role is: $ 105,000 - $130,000 USD. Based on experience and qualifications.
