About the Opportunity

Driscoll's is seeking a motivated Communications Specialist to join our Global Deployment team. In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas: leading and overseeing the resource documentation intake process, completing design and layout duties for these documents, and providing support in file management and Spanish translations. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Resource Documentation Intake process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all documentation requests. 
• Review and proofread editorial content, department documentation, or other forms of written material as part of our document intake process. 
• Facilitate translation requests for documents, coordinating with external translation services. 
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others, to create visually appealing layouts, designs, and graphics. 
• Create and edit digital assets, including images, illustrations, and multimedia content, for Global R&D and grower-facing audiences. 
• Collaborate with internal Global R&D teams and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and content for documents intake process. 
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables. 
• Content management: Implement and maintain a systematic file & digital asset management system. Ensure files are accurately categorized, labeled, and organized using a taxonomy framework. 
• Ensure accuracy and translate written documents, including emails, reports, presentations, and other business-related content, from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. 
• Assist as Administrator for Global R&D SharePoint intranet which includes SharePoint security, permissions, and development of Global R&D SharePoint sites. 
• Demonstrate a results-driven mindset through effective time management and organization. 

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field with 3+ years’ work experience required. 
• Demonstrated ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications. 
• Mandatory: Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) with solid knowledge of Spanish grammar and vocabulary. 
• Intermediate experience with photography and videography, understanding composition, and familiarity with photo and video editing software. 
• Strong understanding of file organization principles and experience in implementing and maintaining file and media asset management systems. 
• Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications. 
• Proficient in creating professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. 
• Intermediate Design skills and file management skills required. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• 2-3 years’ experience using Adobe Creative Suite (specifically with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro). 
• Understanding of design principles, composition, and adherence to brand guidelines. 

Compensation & Benefits 

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity, and other objective job-related factors. 

Salary Range estimated for the Communications Specialist role: $60,465.00 to $89,100.00 USD.
