Driscoll's Hiring Process
Driscoll’s welcomes the interest of active job seekers and potential candidates seeking information about our employment opportunities. With the abundance of internet job boards, Ads, and use of social media - Driscoll’s believes it is important to explain our Recruiting and Hiring process to insure that your experience with Driscoll’s is verifiable, safe, and a positive experience.
- All current jobs available for applicants will be posted on our Career site. When viewing a job posted on the internet, we encourage you to also visit our website to view, confirm, or apply to the position directly. Driscoll’s primarily uses two outside sites for advertising our jobs: LinkedIn.com and Glassdoor.com. While you may see our jobs posted on other sites, our website is the best and most reliable source to view and apply to our jobs.
- Once your application is received or if your professional profile is identified through LinkedIn or Glassdoor, you would be contacted directly by a Driscoll’s Recruiter. Our Recruiters only use a Driscoll’s email address and company issued contact phone number. Typically, your first interview would be conducted by speaking via phone with one of our Recruiters. Should the next step in our process continue; candidates are invited to visit our offices at the location where the job is located.
- Our interview process is very thorough. Candidates are asked to interview with the assigned Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and a cross-panel of other individuals within our company. You will always be given the opportunity to conduct an interview on-site at one of our office locations. Only in the event of travel restrictions might a candidate be asked to complete an interview via Skype or Video Conferencing. Driscoll’s does not conduct interviews via social instant messaging.
- Once in-person interviews are complete and mutual interest confirmed, pre-employment documentation is provided. This would include a Driscoll’s Application and Employment Verification. Candidates are provided this information directly from the Recruiter or our Recruiting Coordinator and only via a Driscoll’s email. In most cases, this information is provided during your visit to our offices during the in-person interview process.
Occasionally, Driscoll’s will partner with an outside professional recruiting firm to assist us with our recruiting efforts. We are very selective in choosing our outside partners. We encourage candidates to use the same discretion and to verify the legitimacy of an outside agency seeking your information. You may also contact one of our Recruiter’s directly to confirm the job in which you may have been contacted about is valid. Inquiry emails may be sent to: email@example.com
