Here’s a creamy raspberry lemonade that’s sweet, just the right amount of tart, and filled with fresh juicy raspberries. For summertime kid drinks, just swap the vodka for lemon lime soda. You may never look at raspberry lemonade the same way again!

Ingredients
15 raspberries from 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries, divided
Edible gold glitter (optional)
1 bamboo skewer
Juice of 1 medium lemon
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons lemon lime soda (optional)
1 tablespoon water
Juice of 1 medium lime
2 tablespoons vodka (optional)

PLACE 5 raspberries into a small dish.

SPRINKLE with edible gold glitter (optional).

SKEWER raspberries onto a bamboo skewer and SET ASIDE.

POUR juice of 1 lemon into a cocktail tumbler.

ADD 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk.

ADD 2 tablespoons lemon lime soda (if using).

SET ASIDE cocktail tumbler.

PLACE remaining 10 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.

MASH raspberries with a muddler or the back of a spoon until pureed.
