• 1/2 Cup almond milk or your favorite juice
  • 1/2 Cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 Cup Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1 small peach, roughly chopped, or 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 3 Ounces ice cubes (not needed if using frozen peaches)
  1. PLACE 1/2 cup almond milk or your favorite juice into a blender.
  2. ADD 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt.
  3. ADD 2 tablespoons honey.
  4. ADD 3/4 cup Driscoll's Blueberries.
  5. ADD 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds.
  6. BLEND on high until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
  7. ADD 1 small peach, roughly chopped, or 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  8. ADD 3 ounces ice cubes (not needed if using frozen peaches).
  9. BLEND until desired consistency.
  10. DIVIDE between two tall tumblers.
  11. SERVE immediately.
