• 1/4 Cup mascarpone
  • 1 Tbsp. honey, plus more for serving
  • 2 Slices whole grain bread
  • Half of 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries
  • Fresh thyme leaves, optional
  1. PLACE 1/4 cup mascarpone into a small bowl.
  2. ADD 1 tablespoon honey.
  3. WHISK until smooth and SET ASIDE.
  4. TOAST 2 slices whole grain braid until desired doneness.
  5. ALLOW toast to cool somewhat.
  6. SPREAD mascarpone mixture evenly over toast slices.
  7. DIVIDE half of 1 package blackberries between toast slices.
  8. DRIZZLE additional honey over toast slices.
  9. SPRINKLE with thyme leaves (optional).
