Looking for an easy (and sophisticated!) snack or appetizer? Liven up toasted whole grain bread with a perfect pairing of blackberries and sweetened mascarpone!
- 1/4 Cup mascarpone
- 1 Tbsp. honey, plus more for serving
- 2 Slices whole grain bread
- Half of 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries
- Fresh thyme leaves, optional

PLACE 1/4 cup mascarpone into a small bowl.

ADD 1 tablespoon honey.

WHISK until smooth and SET ASIDE.

TOAST 2 slices whole grain bread until desired doneness.

ALLOW toast to cool somewhat.

SPREAD mascarpone mixture evenly over toast slices.

DIVIDE half of 1 package blackberries between toast slices.

DRIZZLE additional honey over toast slices.

SPRINKLE with thyme leaves (optional).
