Description
Easy, creamy, and bursting with fresh blackberries, these overnight oats with chia seeds are perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, and maybe even dessert!
- 1 Cup milk of choice, plus more for serving
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
- 2 Teaspoons brown sugar, optional
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds

POUR 1 cup milk into a liquid measuring cup.

ADD 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.

STIR and SET ASIDE milk mixture.

PLACE 3 – 4 blackberries into each of two cocktail tumblers or small canning jars.

MASH blackberries with a fork until broken down.

ADD 1 teaspoon brown sugar to each tumbler if desired.

STIR to combine.

PLACE 1/4 cup rolled oats into each tumbler.

ADD 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each tumbler.

DIVIDE milk mixture evenly between tumblers.

COVER and REFRIGERATE at least 6 hours or overnight.

ADD additional milk before serving, if desired.

GARNISH with remaining blackberries.

SERVE immediately.
