• 1 Cup milk of choice, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
  • 2 Teaspoons brown sugar, optional
  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  1. POUR 1 cup milk into a liquid measuring cup.
  2. ADD 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. STIR and SET ASIDE milk mixture.
  4. PLACE 3 – 4 blackberries into each of two cocktail tumblers or small canning jars.
  5. MASH blackberries with a fork until broken down.
  6. ADD 1 teaspoon brown sugar to each tumbler if desired. 
  7. STIR to combine.
  8. PLACE 1/4 cup rolled oats into each tumbler.
  9. ADD 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each tumbler.
  10. DIVIDE milk mixture evenly between tumblers.
  11. COVER and REFRIGERATE at least 6 hours or overnight.
  12. ADD additional milk before serving, if desired.
  13. GARNISH with remaining blackberries.
  14. SERVE immediately.
