Berry Waffle Ice Cream Cone Recipe

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes, plus 10 minute assembly time
  • Cook Time: 0 minutes or 20 minutes for homemade pancakes

  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 19 Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 1 Driscoll's Raspberry
  • 2 regular sized, round, whole wheat waffles
  • Cut 1 waffle in a triangle for the cone piece. Place the second round waffle, for the ice cream piece on a serving plate followed by the triangle waffle.
  • Assemble the Waffle Ice Cream Cone:
  • Spread the Greek yogurt onto the ice cream waffle. Now starting from the top of the waffle:

    Place one raspberry at the top of the round waffle.
  • Row 1: place about 3 blueberries across the round waffle.
    Row 2: place about 4 blueberries across the round waffle.
    Row 3: place about 5 blueberries across the round waffle.
    Row 4: place about 4 blueberries across the round waffle.
    Row 5: place about 3 blueberries across the round waffle.
  • Finish your Berry Waffle Ice Cream Cone, by drizzling honey across the entire ice cream waffle.
