- 1/2 Cup loosely packed chard leaves
- 1 Tbsp. acai powder
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
- 2 Cups purchased unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to taste
- 2 Cups mixed Driscoll’s Berries, frozen
- 1 Tsp. chia seeds
- 1 Tsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tsp. shelled hemp seeds
- 1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
Directions
- POUR 2 cups unsweetened almond milk into a blender.
- ADD 1/2 medium banana and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- ADD 2 cups frozen mixed Driscoll’s Berries.
- BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- ADD 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
- ADD optional boosters as desired.
- BLEND until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- TASTE mixture and ADD additional maple syrup and cinnamon to adjust flavor.
- DIVIDE smoothie between two tall drinking glasses.
