Ingredients
- 1 Cup milk of choice
- 1/4 Cup chia seeds
- 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) Oikos Blended Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll’s Raspberries, divided
- 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
- Fresh mint or edible flowers, optional
- Granola, optional
Directions
- POUR 1 cup milk into a blender.
- ADD 1/4 cup chia seeds.
- ADD 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) vanilla Greek yogurt.
- BLEND until smooth.
- RESERVE and SET ASIDE 1 cup milk mixture.
- ADD 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) raspberries to blender.
- BLEND until smooth.
- RESERVE and SET ASIDE 1 cup raspberry mixture.
- ADD 1 ½ packages (6 ounces each) blackberries to blender.
- BLEND until smooth.
- DIVIDE blackberry mixture evenly between 2 tall glasses or 2 medium jars.
- DIVIDE raspberry mixture evenly between containers.
- DIVIDE milk mixture evenly between containers. .
- GARNISH chia parfait as desired with remaining raspberries and blackberries, mint or edible flowers, granola, or additional chia seeds.
- SERVE immediately.
