Blueberry Superfood Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup almond milk
- 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Cup spinach leaves, tightly packed
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blueberries
- 4 dates, chopped and pitted
- 2 Tablespoons agave syrup or honey, optional
- 1/2 Tsp. chia seeds
- additional blueberries for garnish
- additional chia seeds for garnish
- coconut flakes for garnish
Directions
- POUR 1/4 cup almond milk into a blender.
- ADD 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
- BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- ADD 1/2 avocado and ADD 1 cup spinach leaves.
- BLEND on high speed until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries and ADD 4 chopped dates.
- TASTE mixture.
- ADD additional almond milk for a thinner consistency if desired.
- ADD 2 tablespoons agave syrup or honey if desired.
- STIR in 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds.
- DIVIDE smoothie between 2 tumblers.
- GARNISH with additional blueberries, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
- SERVE immediately.
