Blueberry and Peach Smoothie with Flaxseeds

A sweet and healthy smoothie perfect for breakfast or an on-the-go snack. This smoothie packs it all in: fresh fruit, low-fat milk, Greek yogurt, and flaxseeds. The ingredient list reads like a smoothie all-star team!

Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup almond milk or your favorite juice
- 1/2 Cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 3 Ounces ice cubes (not needed if using frozen peaches)
- 1 small peach, roughly chopped, or 1/2 cup frozen peaches
Directions
- PLACE 1/2 cup almond milk or your favorite juice into a blender.
- ADD 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt.
- ADD 2 tablespoons honey.
- ADD 3/4 cup Driscoll's Blueberries.
- ADD 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds.
- BLEND on high until mixture swirls easily inside blender.
- ADD 1 small peach, roughly chopped, or 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- ADD 3 ounces ice cubes (not needed if using frozen peaches).
- BLEND until desired consistency.
- DIVIDE between two tall tumblers.
- SERVE immediately.
