Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

A good blueberry smoothie hits the spot. And this is very a very good smoothie! Filled with healthy juicy blueberries, lots of fiber from traditional rolled oats, and your favorite milk, you’ll feel good from your tongue to your tummy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1/2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal, optional
- 3/4 Cup ice cubes
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
- 1-1 1/2 milk of choice
- 2/3 Cup plain yogurt of choice
- 1 1/2 Cups frozen bananas, sliced
Directions
- PLACE 1/2 cup oats into blender.
- ADD 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed meal (if using).
- PULSE blender several times on high speed until oats are finely ground.
- ADD 3/4 cup ice cubes and ADD 2/3 cup yogurt.
- BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
- ADD 1 ½ frozen bananas.
- BLEND again until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
- ADD blueberries.
- BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
- ADD 1 cup milk and BLEND until mixture flows easily inside of blender.
- ADD more milk in small amounts until smoothie is the consistency you like.
- DIVIDE smoothie between 2 or 3 glasses and SERVE immediately.
