Ingredients
- 1 medium beet
- 1/4 of lemon, peeled
- 1/2 piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 Cups kale, chopped
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
Directions
- CUT leafy tops off 1 medium beet and SCRUB clean and do not remove peel.
- CUT beet in quarters and PLACE into juicer hopper.
- ADD 1/4 of 1 peeled lemon.
- ADD 1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger.
- ADD 2 cups chopped kale.
- ADD 1 package (6 ounces) blueberries.
- JUICE ingredients into a tall drinking glass.
- SERVE immediately.

Ingredients can be juiced separately if necessary. Just stir the final blueberry beet juice before drinking.
