Ingredients
- 1 Cup milk of choice, plus more for serving
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
- 2 Teaspoons brown sugar, optional
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
Directions
- POUR 1 cup milk into a liquid measuring cup.
- ADD 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- STIR and SET ASIDE milk mixture.
- PLACE 3 – 4 blackberries into each of two cocktail tumblers or small canning jars.
- MASH blackberries with a fork until broken down.
- ADD 1 teaspoon brown sugar to each tumbler if desired.
- STIR to combine.
- PLACE 1/4 cup rolled oats into each tumbler.
- ADD 1 tablespoon chia seeds to each tumbler.
- DIVIDE milk mixture evenly between tumblers.
- COVER and REFRIGERATE at least 6 hours or overnight.
- ADD additional milk before serving, if desired.
- GARNISH with remaining blackberries.
- SERVE immediately.
