Blackberry Cider
To celebrate the holiday season with family and friends, mix up a batch of warm blackberry cider then garnish with fresh blackberries, cinnamon sticks and oranges for a festive touch.

Ingredients
- 1 Container (64 ounces) purchased apple cider
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blackberries
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 7 round slices of unpeeled orange, divided
- 1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 star anise
Directions
- SET ASIDE six blackberries from package.
- COMBINE apple cider, remaining blackberries, 4 orange slices, ground cinnamon, and star anise in a large saucepot.
- HEAT cider mixture over medium-high heat just until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
- REDUCE HEAT to medium.
- SIMMER cider mixture until blackberries begin to lose color.
- STRAIN cider mixture through a strainer and DISCARD solids.
- POUR cider into 6 glasses.
- CUT remaining orange slices in half.
- GARNISH glasses with an orange slice, a blackberry, and a cinnamon stick.
- SERVE blackberry cider hot or chilled.
