Mixed Berry Smoothie with Ginger
Crystallized ginger adds a sweet spiciness to this mixed berry smoothie blend. A few pinches of dry ginger can be substituted if you don't have fresh on hand. Ginger is listed on many "super foods" lists, along with berries, so this berry smoothie with blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries is a super refreshing, healthy treat.
