Ingredients
- 3 strawberries from 1 package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries, divided
- 1 banana
- 2 pancakes, one regular sized and one mini sized, homemade or purchased
- 3 tablespoons honey, peanut butter, or nut butter
- 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries, divided
- 2 raw almonds
Directions
- HULL and SLICE two strawberries into 1/4-inch slices to MAKE 6 slices.
- HULL and SLICE remaining strawberry into 1 large slice and 2 smaller slices.
- SET ASIDE strawberry slices.
- SLICE 2 round 1/4-inch pieces from 1 banana.
- SLICE remainder of banana horizontally.
- SET ASIDE bananas
- PLACE regular sized pancake onto serving plate for owl’s body and PLACE mini pancake for owl’s head.
- SPREAD 3 tablespoons honey, peanut butter, or nut butter over both pancakes.
- PLACE banana slices onto mini pancake.
- PLACE 1 blueberry onto each banana slice to FORM owl’s eyes.
- PLACE large strawberry piece onto mini pancake to FORM owl’s beak.
- PLACE smaller slices to FORM owl’s ears.
- PLACE about 22 blueberries onto large pancake to FORM owl’s plumage.
- PLACE 3 strawberry slices, tips pointing downwards, on each side of blueberries to FORM feathers.
- PLACE sliced banana to FORM owl’s perch.
- PLACE 2 raw almonds to form owl’s feet.
- SERVE immediately.
