Ingredients
- 1 purchased or homemade pancake
- 1 turkey sausage
- 2 toothpicks
- 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries, divided
- 2 strawberries from 1 package (16 ounces) Driscoll’s Strawberries
- 2 raspberries from 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries
Directions
- CUT 1 pancake in half.
- PLACE both pancake halves onto a serving plate with round sides facing each other to FORM butterfly’s wings.
- COOK 1 turkey sausage as per package instructions.
- PLACE turkey sausage between pancake halves to FORM butterfly’s body.
- SKEWER 1 blueberry onto each of 2 toothpicks.
- INSERT blueberry toothpicks into top of turkey sausage to FORM butterfly’s antennas.
- HULL 2 strawberries and PLACE onto upper parts of both pancake halves.
- USE blueberries to FORM circles around strawberries.
- PLACE 1 raspberry onto lower parts of both pancake halves.
- USE blueberries to FORM circles around raspberries.
- USE blueberries to FORM swirl at bottom of plate.
- SERVE immediately.
