10 rosemary needles
5 Driscoll's Blackberries, divided
2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce natural sour mix
Ice
2 ounces brut Champagne or sparkling wine

PLACE 10 rosemary needles into a cocktail shaker.

ADD 4 blackberries.

PRESS and MASH mixture with a cocktail muddler or the back of a large spoon to release blackberry juice.
