• 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons water
  • 1 Tsp. grated lime zest
  • 1 Package (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries
  • 3 Cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 5-6 Tbsp. large mint leaves
  1. COMBINE sugar, water, and lime zest in a small saucepan.
  2. HEAT sugar mixture over medium-high heat until it comes to a boil.
  3. REMOVE sugar mixture from heat.
  4. ALLOW sugar mixture to cool as you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  5. HULL strawberries.
  6. CUT watermelon into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch cubes.
  7. CHOP mint leaves.
  8. COMBINE strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, mint, and sugar mixture in a large serving bowl.
  9. TOSS salad gently until evenly mixed.
  10. SERVE immediately.
