• 2 Cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 Cup light brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Cups heavy cream
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Packages (16 ounces) Driscoll's Strawberries, hulled and sliced lengthwise, divided
  • 1 Large egg
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. POUR heavy cream mixture over oat mixture.
  3. COMBINE oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. 
  4. SET ASIDE oat mixture.
  5. WHISK TOGETHER heavy cream, egg, butter, and vanilla in a medium bowl.
  6. POUR heavy cream mixture over oat mixture.
  7. ADD 1 cup sliced strawberries.
  8. STIR gently until combined.
  9. POUR oatmeal into prepared baking dish.
  10. SCATTER remaining strawberries over oatmeal.
  11. BAKE 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  12. REMOVE oatmeal from oven.
  13. LET COOL 5 minutes.
  14. SERVE warm.
