A shandy is a cocktail combining mild beer and citrus flavors. It goes by many names. In Germany it's called a Radler, in France and Italy it’s called a Panaché, and it’s called a Zampu in Catalan. Feel free to just call our version pretty, pink, and delicious!

Ingredients
Ice
8 Driscoll's Raspberries, divided
1 ounce orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1 – 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Draft beer

FILL a tall cocktail tumbler with ice and SET ASIDE.

PLACE 5 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.

ADD 1 ounce orange liqueur.

PRESS and MASH raspberries with a cocktail muddler or the back of a large spoon.

ADD 3/4 ounce simple syrup.

ADD 1 – 1 ½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice.

FILL cocktail shaker with ice.

COVER tightly with lid.

SHAKE cocktail shaker vigorously until sides are well frosted.

STRAIN into prepared cocktail tumbler.

FILL glass to rim with draft beer.

GARNISH with 3 raspberries.
