Ingredients
2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread
1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 – 4 ounces goat cheese
Half of 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries
1/4 cup arugula
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
1 ½ teaspoons honey

LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.

PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

PLACE 2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread onto prepared baking sheet.

BRUSH 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil over bread.

CRUMBLE 2 – 4 ounces goat cheese into small pieces evenly over bread.

BAKE 10 minutes until goat cheese is softened.

DISTRIBUTE half of 1 package (6 ounces) raspberries over bread.

BAKE 1 – 2 minutes.

DISTRIBUTE 1/4 cup arugula over bread.
