Raspberry Goat Cheese Flatbread

The sweet and savory flavor combination of this raspberry goat cheese flatbread can’t be beat! It’s easy to make and shareable as an appetizer or flavorful lunch. The fresh raspberries add the perfect touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread

1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil

2 – 4 ounces goat cheese

Half of 1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Raspberries

1/4 cup arugula

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

1 ½ teaspoons honey


Directions

LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper.

PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

PLACE 2 purchased naan or 1 purchased large flatbread onto prepared baking sheet.

BRUSH 1 – 2 tablespoons olive oil over bread.

CRUMBLE 2 – 4 ounces goat cheese into small pieces evenly over bread.

BAKE 10 minutes until goat cheese is softened.

DISTRIBUTE half of 1 package (6 ounces) raspberries over bread.

BAKE 1 – 2 minutes.

DISTRIBUTE 1/4 cup arugula over bread.

DRIZZLE with 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.

DRIZZLE with 1 ½ teaspoons honey.

SERVE immediately.
