Ingredients
1 baguette
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 wheel (8 ounces) camembert
1 package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries
1-2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon flaky sea salt
2 tablespoons thinly sliced mint
Honey or balsamic glaze (optional)

PREHEAT grill to medium.

SLICE 1 baguette into 1-inch thick slices.

DRIZZLE 1 tablespoon olive oil over slices.

SET ASIDE baguette slices until needed.

BUTTER or OIL a large cast iron skillet.

RUB 1 tablespoon olive oil all over 1 wheel (8 ounces) camembert.

SLICE camembert wheel in half horizontally to form 2 wheels.

PLACE wheels into prepared skillet, rinds down.

SPREAD 1 tablespoon olive oil over tops of cheese.

DISTRIBUTE 1 package (6 ounces) blackberries over cheese.
