• 1 Cup twelve-inch pizza crust of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
  • 3/4 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 Cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • Black peppercorns, freshly cracked
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Honey
  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
  2. PLACE pizza crust onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. DRIZZLE 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil over top of pizza crust.
  4. PLACE half of the blackberries into a small bowl and MASH gently.
  5. SPREAD mashed berries evenly over pizza crust.
  6. SPRINKLE 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese over crust.
  7. SPRINKLE 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese over crust.
  8. DOLLOP 1/3 cup ricotta cheese over pizza.
  9. SPRINKLE remaining blackberries evenly over pizza.
  10. BAKE for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melted.
  11. BROIL for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is slightly crisped.
  12. REMOVE pizza from oven.
  13. SPRINKLE 3 tablespoons chopped basil over pizza.
  14. SEASON with cracked black pepper corns and flaky sea salt.
  15. DRIZZLE lightly with honey.
  16. SLICE pizza and SERVE immediately.
