Blackberry Ricotta Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 Cup twelve-inch pizza crust of choice
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll’s Blackberries, divided
- 1/3 Cup ricotta cheese
- 3 Tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Black peppercorns, freshly cracked
- Flaky sea salt
- Honey
- 3/4 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
- PLACE pizza crust onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- DRIZZLE 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil over top of pizza crust.
- PLACE half of the blackberries into a small bowl and MASH gently.
- SPREAD mashed berries evenly over pizza crust.
- SPRINKLE 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese over crust.
- SPRINKLE 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese over crust.
- DOLLOP 1/3 cup ricotta cheese over pizza.
- SPRINKLE remaining blackberries evenly over pizza.
- BAKE for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melted.
- BROIL for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is slightly crisped.
- REMOVE pizza from oven.
- SPRINKLE 3 tablespoons chopped basil over pizza.
- SEASON with cracked black pepper corns and flaky sea salt.
- DRIZZLE lightly with honey.
- SLICE pizza and SERVE immediately.
