• 1/2 Cup spiced rum, optional
  • 2 Packages (6 ounces each) Driscoll's Raspberries
  • 4 Cups apple cider
  • 4 Lemon twists
  • 1/2 Tsp. ground cinnamon
  1. POUR 4 cups apple cider into a medium saucepan.
  2. SET ASIDE 8 to 12 raspberries for garnish.
  3. PLACE remaining raspberries into saucepan.
  4. ADD 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  5. HEAT just until boiling.
  6. ALLOW cider to cool somewhat.
  7. STRAIN raspberries from cider if desired.
  8. STIR IN 1/2 cup spiced rum if using.
  9. POUR raspberry cider into mugs.
  10. DROP 1 lemon twist into each mug.
  11. GARNISH each mug with 2 to 4 raspberries.
  12. SERVE immediately.
