Raspberry Vodka Martini Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp. (1/2 ounce) simple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce) cranberry juice
  • 3 Tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) berry vodka, such as Sobieski or SKYY
  • 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 teaspoons (3/4 ounce) lemon juice
  • ice
  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish
  • 6-10 rosemary needles
  • 6 Driscoll's Raspberries, divided
  • Remove needles from a rosemary sprig, except for very top. Spear remaining 2 raspberries on sprig and use for garnish.Muddle rosemary leaves and 4 raspberries in a cocktail shaker. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, cranberry juice and berry vodka. Top with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
