Omega Overture Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 2 Cups unsweetened almond milk (strained if homemade)
  • 1 Tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tsp. shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup, plus more to taste
  • 2 Cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana
Optional Boosters
  • 1 Tbsp. acai powder
  • 1 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1/2 Cup loosely packed chard leaves
  • Throw all of the ingredients into your blender and blast on high for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy. Tweak cinnamon and maple syrup to taste.
