• 1/4 Cup mint leaves
  • 1 1/4 Cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 Cups orange juice
  • 1 Package (6 ounces) Driscoll's Blueberries
  • 1 Cup curly kale
Optional Boosters
  • 1 Tsp. minced ginger
  • 1/4 Cup frozen raw cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp. flax oil
  • 1 Tsp. chia seeds
  1. BLEND mint, orange juice, blueberries, kale, and any boosters in a blender until mixture swirls easily.

    ADD frozen pineapple and blend again until smooth and creamy.

    DRINK immediately.

    TIPS AND TRICKS: You can store your smoothie in a glass jar the fridge for up to a few hours. If the smoothie thickens, just shake it to bring back to a smooth texture.
