Blackberry Lavender Syrup

  • 3 Packages (6 ounces or 1 1/3 cups each) Driscoll's Blackberries
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons dried lavender
  • Bring blackberries, sugar, water and lavender to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 40 minutes or until thick and blackberries are very soft. Strain through fine-mesh sieve and let cool.
