Raspberry Vodka Martini Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. (1/2 ounce) simple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons (1 ounce) cranberry juice
- 3 Tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) berry vodka, such as Sobieski or SKYY
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 teaspoons (3/4 ounce) lemon juice
- 1/4-1/2 Cup ice
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 6 Driscoll's Raspberries, divided
Directions
- REMOVE needles from a rosemary sprig, except for needles at very top.
- RESERVE 6-10 rosemary needles.
- SPEAR 2 raspberries on rosemary sprig.
- SET ASIDE rosemary sprig garnish.
- PLACE remaining 4 raspberries into a cocktail shaker.
- ADD rosemary leaves.
- MUDDLE raspberry mixture gently.
- ADD lemon juice.
- ADD simple syrup.
- ADD cranberry juice.
- ADD berry vodka.
- ADD ice.
- CLOSE cocktail shaker.
- SHAKE cocktail vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold.
- STRAIN martini into a chilled cocktail glass.
- ADD rosemary sprig garnish.
- SERVE immediately.
